  Great prices, and unlike other places, they don't use any filler, pure mulch so you get what you pay for

  I'm a Landscape Contractor and have been working in the area for over 20 years. I ordered mulch from Cooper Mulch & More to be delivered directly to a client's property, as we have been doing for many clients, over a number of years. Cooper's sent the client the invoice for the material, my contractor's invoice, with the total wholesale cost. I called & spoke with a rep from Cooper's who said that this was a mistake, and to call again Monday to help rectify the mistake. I called again today, and she said that there was nothing they could do, nothing. It was if I spoke to a completely different person than the one who said they would work to correct the issue. I have cancelled my standing order for this week & will NEVER order anything from Cooper Mulch again. The new ownership of Cooper Mulch is not friendly to contractors - beware, do not work with them, you will incure costs you did not anticipate!!! Bad business practices & no customer service.
