  KFT is consistently the most reliable milk tea chain in the U.S. and this location only adds to the good reputation. The huge menu of teas, flavors, slushies and yogurt drinks could offer a new combo every time you go for years. This time around it was honey oolong milk tea, cold, no ice, and 50% sugar. Very satisfying!

  My daughter and I came there today and really enjoyed our drinks! The service was fast! The drinks and a donut were great! The boba was chewy! And, on top of that, one of the workers saw that I’d be carrying a few things and I was with my daughter and offered a bag to carry stuff. That was so nice and helpful for a mom! We will be back here. Next time, I’d like to try something with taro.

  this place is always efficient and consistently good. today another person grabbed our drinks and they were so kind and prompt in making us a new one! one of the better boba places around!

  This 1 star goes to the communication style and attitude of the cute babyface cashier girl, who likes to play authority, or just having a bad day and decided to be difficult. [What] We ordered two drinks. Then I found out a new Kung Fu Tea App user get a 3rd drink free, by scanning the QR code on the menu. We consulted the cashier girl what’s the next steps to redeem the promotion offering. She told us to download the app and link to a credit card. I followed along her instruction and get it all done in-front of the staff. The next thing we were told was, this offer does not work. Because the 3rd free drink will be put on a separate transaction. [So What] It’s BAD business. We are fine if you make it clear when people consult you for the promotion. Luckily I did not load any credit to the App, as the moment after I signed up, a data breach warning email was sent from Kung Fu Tea. Incredible job on diminishing all the hard work from the rest of the staff, with an attitude, young lady :)

  Staff is always prompt & professional. The drinks are consistent- once in a while the boba flavor varies but still worth coming back to! Love this location
