  The only Kung fu tea out of Hoboken , Millburn and New York that constantly runs out of major/popular supplies and ingredients. This is a new franchise and they are not up to par with their service whatsoever. When they do have the ingredients the product can often taste bland because the employees there either rush it or are inexperienced.

  Just recently found out about this place and I'm really glad I did! I didn't think there were Boba tea places in Central NJ because I've mostly seen them in South & North NJ. It's great for a quick stop and there are so many options to choose from. If you're new to Boba Tea then don't worry because the staff is very friendly and answers all questions. I really appreciated that about the staff. Then as for the place itself, it's kept very neat and clean. There are tables and even small high tables to sit at. As for parking, when you reach Kung Fu Tea just take a right down the one way street and on your right there is parking lot if you do not want to park on Stuyvesant. The place itself is connected to a Korean BBQ restaurant called Bonchon which I recommend as well. Overall, I would recommend coming here with friends/family because the atmosphere is calm and friendly. Not only that, but their drinks are awesome as well. Important note: There's a Kung Fu Tea app so you can rack up rewards with the more visits you have. Who doesn't love free stuff and boba tea??

  First time here young woman at the counter was very patient and understood what I wanted. I asked for double bubble cause most places I’ve been don’t give you a lot but they was very generous with the bubble so next time I don’t need to order double. I will back back again this is my new spot. I normally have to go to the mall so I’m happy I found my new place.

  The tea is amazing here. The prices are reasonable. The cleanest spot ive been to except the bathroom only the hot water worked and no toilet paper. But great chill spot to catch up with friends. Street parking available.

  The bubble tea was out of this world...... IT WAS THE MOST FANTASTICAL AMAZING AND MAGICAL THING I HAVE EVER TASTED. And the seating was great and the whole place was just beautiful
