  Kukree is an amazing blend of health and flavor. The bowls usually have a base of the KGB (Kukree Grain Blend) that consists of quinoa, millet and amaranth. Topping off this healthy base, is an beautiful mix of a variety of textures and flavors that seem to naturally complement each other. My favourite among these is the 'Spring Chicken', which has delicious coriander chicken with spiced asparagus and mushrooms, mixed in with green harissa seeds, golden raisins and pickled strawberry bits, all delicately laid upon a bed of the KGB blend with lentils. Kukree provides the flavors of a gourmet dish with the accessibility of a food truck.

  The chicken is very well marinated and tastes amazing. The grain base of quinoa and millet mix had a very refreshing taste. Their home made hot sauce is very hot. Be careful! We also tried the vegetarian option with purple potatoes. Also tastes very good.
