  My wife has used Kuhn Florist for years, following in her mother’s footsteps. I wanted to get my wife a dozen red roses , her favorite, for Mother’s Day My wife had an appointment Monday morning so I drove to Kuhn’s , passing 3 florist shops, in 8:30 morning traffic . Ordered 12 red roses. When I got home I noticed something did not look right, so I counted the roses, there was only 10 roses. I called Kuhn’s and they stated you can come back and get two more roses, 20 drive in traffic, my gas and my time , and knowing my wife would be home soon, a manger got on the phone and said they would credit my card for 2 roses. I owned a business here for 41 years and I would have put someone in a car and delivered 2 roses. I did anything I could to make my customers satisfied, no matter if they were right on wrong! So I went 1.3 miles to another florist and bought 2 roses. I would advise anyone to count their flowers . Sorry Kuhn’s you will not get any more of my Business.

  The Jacksonville Giants always use Kuhn Flowers for special occasions. Their flower arrangements are absolutely beautiful and their flowers last so long. The staff is just as amazing as the flowers. They are so easy to work with and friendly. We can not wait til our next special occasion so we can use Kuhn Flowers!

  Their arrangements are reasonably priced and customer service is always excellent. I wasn’t sure what to get my guy friend whose In critical care but the woman reassured me on some things and I left with them! Very pleased

  I am just a simple man, with a simple heart. A request for a bouquet full of color on this, the most lovely day of the year - Valentines Day. Alas, it was not to be. Electronically transferring my legal tender to this reputable establishment, my sole request was to deliver a bouquet of happiness to my Valentine at her place of employment. Shooting from the Kuhn quiver with the speed and efficiency of a bolt of lightning, my guardian Cupid for the day - “Buddy” - set out to deliver his cargo of joy. Arriving promptly at 4:59pm, my ersatz Cupid was met by the most disturbing of signs “OPEN M-F 8AM-4PM”. Consulting his notes containing the same information, Buddy, using his best powers of persuasion, attempted to convince me to deliver this now-less-joyous cargo the following business day. Undeterred by this turn of events, I informed Buddy that his cargo must wait another 364 days, until we meet again on this day of love and enjoyment of flora. Ride Buddy, ride, until next year.
