  I just left and i caught two staff members follwing me in the store. They are racist against young black women and i will not return there. There are better options

  I went into this place with daughter the other day and the staff is very rude. We were looking and the products and one of the workers told us you open it you buy it. We were shock cause we never opened anything. Then the Korean owner had the nerve to say she saw us on the camera. I was so upset at the rude people in that store. They make you feel like a criminal and make false claims. I will never shop at that dump. I don’t recommend that place to anyone. They are so rude. I hope they go out of business. I am a resident in Throgsneck for many years and never been treated so bad.

  Horrible management rude staff below average customer service. That’s just a few things there is plenty more I spent my money here frequently but they don’t care as long as they get their money they can care less about the customer. If I can give no stars I definitely would

  I am a hairstylist and this beauty supply is conveniently located very close to my home so is should be a great place to stop for last minute supplies but every single time I come here I am made to feel less than a human. No one is nice. I smile and say hello and I get dirty looks and/or completely ignored. I was followed around the store like a thief when I was simply just browsing one day to see what they did/did not have. Not to mention they are very expensive for what they are. I will not be coming back to this or any other kudos beauty supply. Very very disgusted.
