  I came here by chance and now I don't let Anyone else touch my eyebrows or face. They do such an amazing job. The only place I've found that doesn't cause me to break out when i thread my entire face

  This is the perfect location for threading.I visited the place while traveling to LA.I was thrilled with the courtesy and friendliness of the people working there.Excellent customer service.Superb service in affordable cost.I would recommend all to visit this location once if you are looking for someone who works with your eyebrows best. None will regret for paying.You will get more than what you pay for.I will visit this location again when I visit LA.Amazing place and customer services.

  This place was recommended to me and I was looking forward to a great experience. The people who work there are NOT friendly or welcoming. I mentioned to the woman waiting on me that I had relocated to LA and I was happy a friend said to try KSA for eyebrow threading. She still was not friendly. I had my eyebrows threaded, paid and gave a good tip. While in Macy's, I noticed my eyebrows in the mirror and a third of them were gone! I mentioned to the woman before she started that I hardly have any eyebrows at the ends. She could have cared less. I even have a big "chunk" or more like a hole on my left eyebrow. I am so sad and hope they grow back. Beware--do not go here! What a mistake.
