  One of the best car insurance place that I ever been to. well detailed well explained About any type of car insurance whether you drive a taxi or a private car. They do not over charge nor do they add any broker's fee. I've been with them over 4 years and they have handle my business very well. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that is looking for any type of car insurance especially if you live in queens somewhere near ozone park, Richmond Hill, Jamaica or Wherever you live.

  I had an accident 26 February 2017 and I gave my accident report to Mr. Kapal (Owner) next day which was 27 February 2017. Mr. Kapal (Owner) submitted my accident report to the insurance company after 30 days and by that time my insurance company denied to pay my accident cost. Rather he didn't even informed me about late submissions. When I gave my paper Mr. Kapal (Owner) said he will take care my case so perfectly but he didn't. "I PAID $200 FOR HANDLING MY ACCIDENT CASE BUT HE DIDN'T DO WHAT HE SUPPOSE TO DO" For his careless I'm still receiving call and mail regarding my hospital bill. For his careless I am dealing with terrible situation now. He is so rude and disrespectful. He never solved apologize for his mistake nor he admired. Here is the picture of receipt that "K.S BILLING INSURANCE COMPANY " changed me for handling my case.

  Very unprofessional been waiting three days for insurance cards and no one can be reached to get my cards because that person is out so no one to back up if the individual does not go to work very unsatisfied unhelpful and inconsiderate to the customer will never renew insurance with this company nor recommend then to any one very unsatisfied I can't work because I have no insurance cards
