  They usually have a hard time getting my full order right (I ordered a 5 for $5 and I didn't get my chick.) and a lot of days it takes a long time to get my order, ecpecially considering their drive through speaker only works half the time. They are also slow... And don't catch them in between shifts!

  I was at the Krystal this morning and it was a disaster. I ordered my meal to eat in, and they put it in a box. If I wanted in a box I would have told them that. They tried to make excuses for the mix-up but that doesn't make up for the mistake, plus it took fifteen minutes to get my order. I'm glad there are other Krystal's in jax. You can bet I won't go back to the Krystal on main Street again

  this Krystals is nothing like the edgewood store .this Krystals the staff is rude and slow and you always have to wait and your food the order is either missing something or not right every time. and they always changing management. they can't keep their people. and the shake machine is always down.

  Slow and racist white people stay away if they only knew I have a mixed family.... I've never seen a group of people so racist in my life at my shop I see blood and hearts these people are terrible I will never be returning and have half a mind to call Ken amero or channel 4. I am gonna pray for these who spite me hope they like the hot coals my prayers heap on their head.... PRAISE GOD
