  I love this gym. It's clean, it has great equipment, great locker rooms, and most importantly, great staff. They are highly competent in the field of physical fitness and they offer amazing support for all of their gym members. I especially love their HIIT program. This might be the best gym in all of Denver, just sayin.

  This is hands down a great gym! If you are looking for a team of coaches and a community of athletes that are here to challenge and support in pursuit of your fitness goals, you've come to the right place. The staff are friendly and knowledgable, and the community is there to get you to the next level. Plus you have a great location and everything you need. Definitely one to check out, and you'll be hooked!

  I've been going to Kronos Strength & Fitness for a couple months now and it's pretty fantastic. Very clean, all the equipment you could need, and knowledgeable, enthusiastic, friendly trainers who put a lot of time and effort into making sure you perform movements properly, safely, and effectively. Whether you like to work out on your own or take classes, Kronos has what you need. Added bonus: big, CLEAN locker rooms!

  Science based workouts that make sense, clean facilities, and excellent staff that goes above and beyond. Highly recommend going here, I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

  I'm use to gyms where i'm dismissed by the staff so it's a very nice change of pace here since everyone is very nice and accessible. The facility is always clean and has everything I need for my training programs. I've had shoulder pain for about the last 6-8 months (surprise, i had bad form in my exercises). Went to physical therapy for 2 months and didn't see any improvement. Been working with Cody for personal training and after two weeks of sessions, i'm starting to see noticeable improvement in mobility and reduction of pain. Cody is extremely knowledgeable and more concerned with ensuring the body functions properly than working around the pain to build strength. They're also right above a dispensary so that's nice if it's a particularly hard workout day.
