  The new people in there pharmacy are rude if you don't like your job then find a new one the head pharmacist are rude aswell been doing scripts there for over 5yrs with no issues but the upper personel change is a bunch of non customer oriented personel...kroger please get them some customer relation skills

  Registered pharmacist KAREN DENIECE GRAY- LARRY LICENSE# 30637 is as rude as they come! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHAT SO EVER! CALLED TO ADVISE OF AN INSURANCE ERROR AND SHE DID NOT WANT TO CORRECT IT WHAT SO EVER! BILLED MY RX TO AN INSURANCE THAT I DON'T EVEN HAVE. WHO DOES THAT? I WILL BE FOLLOWING UP WITH THE STATE BOARD

  They have some of the best produce in my personal opinion. I'm a huge fan of their wide salsa selection. If you get a kroger card with them, you can save a ton of money and get some discounted gas after you've gotten about 100 points. It's about a dollar per point

  Have now had two bad experiences with this pharmacy, and will be moving on. At my first visit here, with 4 new prescriptions on my mind... I hand in the written prescription and ask for a time frame to pick it up, along with the three my provider sent over electronically. The lady took my written prescription, looked at it and said "Oh, about a half hour" and this was maybe 11:15am roughly. I said "Ok, thanks" and decided to do my grocery shopping while I waited. I went back about 25 minutes later and said that I knew I was a few minutes early, but wanted to check in on the progress and was told it would be another 10-15 minutes. I said ok, went to pay for my groceries and figured by the time I did that and loaded the car, it'd be about time. I go back in to find out they had questions on the written prescription and instead of noticing this fairly early on, waited until my now THIRD visit to their window. When, of course, the doctors office is closed for the lunch hour. I picked up the other prescriptions (one my insurance wouldn't cover and I was given NO information whatsoever about what I could/should do, nothing... and I'd never had an issue before) and made the drive home. I called a few hours later, after not receiving a text notification like they said I would, and had to make another ~40 minute round trip to pick up that prescription. I understand I was a walk in, but if someone could have looked at my paperwork and realized it was apparently missing vital information, that would have been HUGELY helpful. Instead, I wasted a good 2 hours of my day because someone couldn't do their job. Second time, I used the online refill system to request my refills. I do so Wednesday morning and it tells me they won't be ready for pick up until Friday night. Not ideal, but doable. We stopped by earlier than they were supposed ready Friday as we were driving by, and one of three was ready. We asked the status of the other two, one was to be done in about an hour and the icing on the cake? "We haven't requested the one with no refills yet." On a Friday afternoon. Yep. ALL weekend without a very needed medication. Because when I submitted it Wednesday, NOTHING HAPPENED until Friday afternoon. After the office closed for the weekend. The doctors office approved it immediately this morning and called me to find out what happened with this pharmacy, this is not a medication I'm supposed to be skipping and they were easily able to see I was past due on my refill. I haven't even gotten notification from the pharmacy that it's ready several hours after getting off the phone with the doctors office. I'm now three full days without this medication because of this insane way of handling prescriptions. Again, I understand I am not their only customer. But if your policy is 48+ hours between prescription request and pick up time? Maybe don't wait until hour 44 to request information for one needing a doctor's ok to refill. This is obviously a Kroger wide problem as I had similar, although less dramatic, issues constantly with a Fry's pharmacy in Phoenix. I'm unsure why I was willing to think it was a store related issue vs. a corporate issue. My prescriptions are all being transferred as of Wednesday, thankfully. CVS is much, much more reliable.
