  I hate horrible customer service so I must make my experience known! I approach the customer service counter w/ a simple question about an item I was asked to pick up while out. Before I could finish my question the cashier (Malissa) @ the counter rudely states "I don't know what we have. I work up here". I was floored! Even had a facial expression as if I was bothering her. I've never encountered a rude person at this location. I'm there 2-3 times a week. Smh. I really hope mgmnt can get her re-trained before someone else has a question and walks to customer service for answers.

  It has a bar!!!!!!! Great cheese section. Lots of grab and go. Huge! I drive past my closest Kroger to go to this one. Staff is really helpful. Customer service desk is slow and needs more staff. The wine section is vast and they have knowledgeable staff to help you find what you need.

  Huge selection compared to other store locations I have visited. They greet you as soon as you hit the door. It’s always clean and I love that you don’t have to search for shopping carts. Lines move quick.

  Great selection of food and home goods. They are often out of common vegetables. The place seems understaffed - it’s rare I have someone to bag my groceries if I go through checkout. I love getting a drink there - always strange characters about and the bartenders are so nice.

  Great selection and a huge store. Also a great place for lunch or a drink, as they have lots of hot food options (deli / sandwiches, pizza, Mexican, stir fry, salad, etc.) and even a bar! They also have dedicated seating area in which to eat. The grocery area is also well stocked and the wait times to check out are usually very short. Great store!
