  The store is not unified in their return policy and does not enforce the rules consistently. I've witnessed desk clerks doing personal favors for customers without a receipt, even giving them cash back at times. They even did it for me a couple of times. I've also witnessed regular customers (even old people) who simply lost their receipt or didn't have it and they were denied a return or exchange altogether. There were two specific cases where I even heard the desk clerk say that they didn't do a return simply because they didn't like them. Customer service is almost 50% of my rating. I'm reducing my 4th star rating to 1 star rating based on the facts but I witnessed in person. Management get yourself together! The old saying "when the cat's away the mice will play" exactly fits the bill here at this store. Very disappointing.

  I shop here daily. The store is always clean and the staff friendly. Prices are competitive, especially with a Kroger card. Managers specials rock but go quickly.

  This is one of the rare 24 hour Krogers. It is a basic Kroger but it has a bakery/deli and the staff are very friendly. It is well stocked and the parking lot is large. I shop at this store often, I get in and out without long lines or huge crowds.

  I love this location! The employees here are beyond friendly to me and my entire family. I love the lay out of the store. The produce department is on point always. I am a sucker for the manager special meats and pastries. I always leave this store feeling happy. Kroger is the best!

  I used to come here because it was one of the few grocery stores that still has a salad bar but after seeing people eat off the salad bar as if it was a buffet using their bare hands in the food, I no longer go here for their salad bar. I'll make a quick stop in for an item or two but it's not my regular grocery store. It is nice to have a grocery store near my residence though.
