  Great for people buying organic, everyone else...not so much. Need to make a quick trip to buy something as simple as flour? They only carry overpriced "organic" products, unless you like to spend $7 for a bag of flour in comparison to say $2-3, avoid going here. They do have great home keeping products, and fish though... Also, the self checkout machines are awful, innacurate, slow, etc. Nothing compared to Walmarts self checkout.

  Please do us all a favor and close this store down. It sucks and absolutely kills the Krogers brand. This store ALWAYS runs out of the sale item, ALWAYS. They never do rain checks. This store has some of the most rude employees. It seems like because the store is in a not so "nice" community the employees feel entitled to be rude. This store has to block off unused aisles with carts, and blocks the entrance to the right, towards produce forcing you to walk to the left, always away from where I want to walk. This store refuses to sell the firewood all other krogers do. The answer i got was too much theft. The produce is hit and miss. Yesterday all the corn smelled. It was dirty and wet. Typical though, always have bad oranges, strawberries. Expired groceries are littered throughout the aisles. This store is flaming hot garbage. I love Kroger, but I HATE this location with a passion.

  I do not like to give bad reviews- but I have been using this store for 1 year and it is a hot mess. The Meat and Produce departments are the worst of any Kroger I have visited. They are out of their SALE items 50% of the time. At 5pm on a Saturday- they had no roasts of any kind, no bagged potatoes, just a few banana's on the shelf. Produce department was at least 50% EMPTY. I have written to Kroger and still nothing improves at this store. The DELI department is GREAT. Helpful/friendly/always in stock! The store management really needs to be retrained! are almost always RUDE. So why do I keep buying at this store on Camp Bowie?? It is the closest store to me. I wish I could drive to the KROGER in Keller TX. It is the best Kroger I have ever used!

  I shop here a lot so they are doing something right employees are very helpful,today I needed sweet yellow onions there were none in the bin I asked produce guy and he went and got them off of the truck right away, not many people would do that. Michelle is a checker she is always very nice and goes out of her way to help me I'm disabled and use a mobility cart some people might consider my order a problem but not her. I guess if I had a complaint it would be that if you don't get there early you might not get sale items or they haven't put them on the shelf yet, but all in all I've shopped there for years and will continue to do so.

  I really love this Kroger. I don't go to no other grocery store, they beat all competitors pieces! For sure. Everyone is friendly and polite. Which is a plus when grocery shopping. If I met someone at a mall and they was to ask me which grocery store is best around here I would recommend this Kroger. It's because it's the right place to shop and the prices or just terrific, I'm pleased every time. There is always some type of sale which is fantastic and the. Kroger Plus Card savings puts in more savings on top of savings. What more could you ask for oh lets not for get, the gas that's absolutely great too. You can use your Kroger card it at the Shell gas station or the Kroger's gas station and save on gas and you earn points from spending money,while SAVING getting more for the bucks I love it!!
