  Not enough cashiers- wait not true...Not enough efficient cashiers. I had one item and it took 15 min to get checked out between me and two people in front of me and they had six items max. Get some pep in your step.. I frequent the smaller grocery stores usually because they are faster. On a positive note the store was very clean.

  Love it really frindly checkers and others ask if need help finding anything. I gave it a 5 Thanks Kroger .

  Weekends are the most traffic heavy time for this Kroger's. Overflowed baskets are common here and the lack of open registers when most needed is a big problem. The customer service here is above par with reasonable priced goods. This location is smaller compared to the one on Poplar Ave, so some items are not available.

  This is the only Kroger in Memphis that I enjoy shopping at. Every other location I have been to is routinely out of stock on key items or understaffed on cashiers and stockers. The Summer Ave location always has what I need. I can get in, get my items and get out in a reasonable amount of time. There is always someone to bag my groceries, and the store is well organized. I drive past 3 other Krogers to get to this one. It is the only location I will shop at from now on.
