  I have LITERALLY been calling over and over and over and NOTHING! This location sucks. Never answers me. Their Uber eats selection sucks. I’m glad I haven’t made my order even if I could because nobody has called me or answered any of my calls and it’s very irritating. There goes my daughter and her little donut wants. She can’t get them because they don’t answer to customize an order for Uber eats.

  My wife called to get my daughter birthday donuts for her kindergarten class. Tried calling night before with no one answering phone, next morning took 8 calls before got someone to answer. When she got ahold of someone the 1st employee quickly responded that they don’t do Birthday donuts (we have done it before along with other parents we know from this location). My wife explained what we were needing to once again “we don’t do that!” She got feeling employee just did not want to help and wanted to hang up. My wife then spoke to manager who didn’t understand. Thanks Krispy Kreme for disappointing my daughter and her kindergarten class! We won’t be back.

  Every time I come to order glazed donuts, their machine is conveniently “broken”. I love Krispy Kreme donuts but now I’m just going to support our local donut shops instead. I’m sick of this store ran by teenagers.

  This is my first time coming to this location and I have to say I’m very dissatisfied with the service and the quality of food that I received. I asked for a medium size iced vanilla latte swirl with the vanilla. And as soon as I got my drink I tasted it and it taste like water down coffee I told her that this was not an iced latte she’s like yes it is I know with an ice latte is so I asked her what was inside of it she said coffee lattes are supposed to have espresso. So she was arguing with me about that her manager came up it was like she doesn’t like to drink get her a new one. That’s when she gave me my receipt and I noticed that she charge me for an iced coffee and I pointed out to him that that’s probably what the confusion was that because she charge me the wrong thing.... So he went and made it and he gave me a slushy the only taste like vanilla swirl there is no coffee whatsoever in it and whip cream so it’s ice vanilla and whip cream that is it it is disgusting and I’m so dissatisfied with the service and quality food that I got that I am not returning back to this place ever again
