  I'm so confused.... I come here probably twice a month. Why every single time I order a Iced Coffee or a Latte the employees act confused ?? This the third time the employee didn't know what I wanted. Why don't they know Lattes or Iced coffee?? Who trained them

  I've never driven by and the hot donuts sign not be on. The associated are always smiling and seem happy ro be the. Always appears clean.

  Best Krispy Kreme location in Memphis! The donuts were fresh and hot! The case was stocked and ready! The staff was very polite and helpful!

  I went to this location and asked for the fresh donuts. I thought they were going to be fresh. They were not . They took the old donuts that I gave back and ran them again through the machine. The donuts tasted old and not at all fresh. They need to do better!!!!!!
