  Below average KK at best. Barely put any sprinkles on the donuts (nothing like what GOOD KK's do)... and sometimes they are stale. Do not go out of your way to visit. KK employees take note of the following picture. This is how the donuts are made at KK in Tuscaloosa. THIS is how it's done.

  Excellent staff, & excellent product. Have noticed size of all donuts seem to be getting smaller. Marketing ploy I reckon. May be @ all locations, but not sure yet.

  Order three dozen of doughnuts with a lemon strawberry chiller. The beverage did not look like mixed slush. Manager (I guess) told me the machine was broken after the fact. She stated she made the chiller in a blender. With this information I should tasted the beverage before driving off. I took sips and threw it away. I just wanted $3.00 here at this location. My "lemon strawberry chiller" tasted like coffee. I don't drink coffee. I will not return. I will stick to my neighbor Krispy Kreme.

  Found a hair in the cookies n cream donut we ordered. Also ordered a custard filled and received a white cream filled. Didn't even eat it. Service wasn't even pleasant. It wasn't even busy when we went. Not going back. Would rather drive out of my way to the Madison location.

  The staff have been friendly and the facility is clean. You can sit down and enjoy your coffee, milk or whatever beverage you choose and enjoy some donuts of assorted styles. The location is great if you happen to be in the west end area.
