  First of all i'm from Florida and i visit Memphis frequently, i was a resident at the Fairfield Inn on S. Perkins and i decided to use the cleaners services due to a pair of my pants got torn, i sent my pants off Tues i told the lady at the front i needed them by Thursday, she said no problem they should be back by then so low and behold i check with the front desk wed night concerning my pants, no pants so i wait until Thursday morning getting ready to leave heading back fl, no pants we call , we call and we get the run around finally we were told that they were in route 10 min, so we wait 1 hr later some guy shows up he's looking mad we're all standing at the front desk he comes in and doesn't even say Good morning just a common courtesy, this the kicker i ask sir can i take a look at them his response no and snacthes them back and says pay first, we were all so outdone immediately the Gm at Hotel calls them and states to the supervisor of Kraus Cleaners we would not be using their services anymore no customer service, rude , got the money and walked out just awful i will never use them ever again that's a promise i'll drive to Mississippi first.

  I sent three brand new button-down shirts via the Courtyard Marriot-Nonconnoh to get washed & pressed with heavy starch. They came back pressed, but no starch, and smelling like fast-food. No kidding, they smell like greasy fried food. The pressing job wasn't good, with wrinkles in the collars, pleats and sleeves. It's as if somebody hand-ironed them, then threw them in the back of their car and ran off to a drive-thru. For $10.50, it was a rip-off. I'll find somebody else in the future. It was supposed to be same-day service, and the ticket wasn't processed until the next morning, so there was that as well.
