This is a review of the service department at Koeppel Ford. I have to say they have provided the greatest customer service I've ever experienced from a car shop, let alone a dealership. I've had a 2016 Ford Mustang for over a year now and have brought it in to a different dealership previously for an issue to which I got the usual run-around of "sorry we are just really busy and cant help you for the next forever" and then abysmal service once the car was there. At Koeppel they took my car the next day after I called and my service rep Vanessa was both incredibly professional and friendly, providing updates to me the whole way with the multiple issues it had (window regulator, wheel hub replacement, backup camera wiring). The one issue I did face was that I had paid for a full detail ($100) on the car while it was in the shop. Unfortunately this detailing service was very sub-par and would have docked a star for this but I was contacted by the service manager very quickly who then offered a complimentary detailing to remedy the situation without me even asking for it. In a world of awful dealership service departments Koeppel has been a gem in the rough and I would highly recommend anyone needing service to give this place a call

Called to get help with a broken spark plug on the notorious 2004 Ford F150 3 valve Triton engine. (successful class action law suit for breaking spark plugs) Alfred told me that Koeppal Ford could most certainly help and that I needed an appointment. I told them I would call them back. Fast forward a couple hours and called them back. Spoke with Alfred again who asked how many miles were on the vehicle to which I said 130,000. Alfred then put me on hold and, after a couple minutes, came back on to tell me he spoke with a Service Manager. Alfred then refused service saying that since it was out of warranty, they wouldn't touch it and that the engine (block) was probably cracked. I'm like, WHAT? NO! Then Alfred hung up. Never in my 50 year mechanic history has an auto service shop refuse such a simple job having full access to the proper tools and manuals in my life! After reading the extremely low service center reviews here, maybe it was a blessing in disguise.

I went two other dealerships in New York before I found Koppell and there sales REP Allen. They were able to get me the exact explore that I wanted, at the price point I needed. Allen and his team was very patient from start to end, he even helped me install my two car seats! Usually after the sale the a salesman is onto there next sale, not at Koppel ford! I would highly recommend Allen and his team

So this is my 2nd Ford lease. My first lease would have been up in May. We were in the area of Ford Koeppel and decided to drop by and learn more about my options. Jonathan Clark was there to help and answer all our questions. First off, didnt even know we could exchange the lease early. Jonathan clarified the options we had. We told him we were looking for a bigger car because we have a big family. We were already interested in the Explorer. He explained the different packages and never tried to force an option or package on us. We felt very comfortable with Jonathan. And when it came to pricing he worked with us and the sales manager to get close to my comfort zone, I think the deal was just right for us. We love our new Ford Explorer, and my son has named him Dr. Manhattan. Thank You Jonathan Clark and Ford Koeppel Sincerely The Rosario Family

Very polite, helpful, and willing to make it work. We ended up buying a Ford although we wanted a Chevy because of that... arrogance doesn't get you anywhere! Politeness and kindness gets you everywhere!
