  If i could give 20 + stars i would i definitely recommend buying from here everyone and thing about Koeppel is amazing. Thank you guys my husband pete and i are so happy "just found out the back seats recline lol"

  Went to another dealership before, they gave us no options, we walked up the blocks and went to Koeppel, let me tell you great people great service, recommended.

  The level of customer service there is ABSOLUTELY horrible. My appointment was for 8 am; I arrived at 8:40 AM for just a regular maintenance visit. I was told an over an hour later that my vehicle was not being worked on and that they would start working on it now at 10:15 AM. After the completion of my maintenance, I was informed that there were other issues with my vehicle (oh my gosh-more money). Just a horrible customer service experience.

  First time there Kelly was courteous and helpful. When problem was found it was taken care of and I picked up my car. And it was washed. Thanks.
