::Got there 10 min early for an oil change and tire sensor appointment . Turned out two nails needed to be pulled and plugged. Then computer needed to be updated (on a 2018 mazda 3) or else warning light couldn't be cleared. A little over two hours later I'm out the door. First service was free so I'm pretty happy about that. Coffee, water and snacks available in waiting area. I will never understand why it takes professional mechanics with professional tools 2 hours to do an oil change and plug two tires. On my own i could have done that in an hour.
