  Helpful and knowledgeable staff from the moment you walk in the door. Only place we know of where you can actually demo a bat. More companies need to learn from them.

  If you like excellent service, this is the place to go! You can place your order online and have the products ready for pick-up. They have a great selection of FC Cincinnati gear for fans of all sizes. They can also fit shoes for an extra wide/big foot. When you go in the store, you are truly amazed at all the products they actually carry. Fantastic customer service.

  NOT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY RECEIVED OUR CHECK FOR ITEMS AND LET OUR MERCHANDISE SIT THERE FOR DAYS. I DID NOT GET A COURTESY CALL TO COME PICK UP OUR BASKETBALL ITEMS THAT WE PAID FOR. THE MANAGER DID NOT HAVE A SENSE OF CARE FOR HIS IRRESPONSIBLE ACTIONS AND DID NOT APPLY A DISCOUNT. OUR TEAM LOST OUT ON THEIR ITEMS FOR OUR 1ST GAME. I HAD TO CALL THE STORE TO CHECK IF OUR ITEMS WERE READY. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE BY THE MANAGER GREG. IF YOU ARE A SMALL CHARTER SCHOOL I SUGGEST FINDING A DIFFERENT LOCATION TO PURCHASE ITEMS. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE BY GREG THE MANAGER.

  Great People that work there. Don't stalk you when your in the store looking at clothes and hat's. Let you find what you want. I like that. They actually found a Pete Rose Jersey for me in size 40 , and took it out of the plastic and let me try it on , even knowing I might not get it which I must of took a good 5 minutes to figure out if I wanted it or not, checking myself in the mirror and didn't come back and hound me to buy it, just let me do it on my own and figure it out. And I didn't even buy it and they were still professional and polite when I went up to the counter and my wife bought her a couple things. So if you come here you will have a great time, and they have a variety of jerseys, clothes, hats, etc. so you will have no problem finding what you want.
