  Laura in customer service went beyond the call of duty to her job! When she was informed the hinges I had ordered were not available she called her vendors to find them! How many places will do that for their customers! This is the kind of thing that makes "loyal" customers! Thank you Laura! This world needs more reps like you!

  Knobs came in yesterday! They were Mint and just as described! Much better than the ones I saw in the big box stores. They even tossed in the template I needed to install them all in time for mother’s day! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

  I am in awe at the helpfulness and professionalism this company exudes! From decorating assistance, attempting to match new, upgraded knobs with a newly purchased dining room light fixture, to receiving samples, to the ease of placing orders, to the speed with which I received my order, no company can compete! All employees were there to serve and give their customers only THE BEST! I cannot imagine going to any other on line site, but Knob Depot, when placing future orders!

  Knobs and pulls came in a very timely fashion and packaged quite well. There was an issue as to a wrong item sent but that solve handled quickly ( within minutes) & with graciousness. Absolutely great customer service. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

  I found it easy to use Knob Depot’s website compared to other websites. After I made my selection using the filter in the left column, I was given a button to see matching products from the same collection. I received my order of high quality products a few days later! I would definitely recommend this company to any friends or family.
