  I called KM in a panic, referred by our neighbors! Hot water turnoff under the sink would not turn off! We got water turned off at the street & called. They didn’t have anyone available, but dispatcher asked if she could try & call me back. She did, nicest plumber came out & fixed not only my faucet, but the turnoff !! Yay! Water! THANKS! Y’all will always be our plumbers!!

  I can’t rate this company highly enough. The office staff is friendly, extremely efficient, and helpful. The plumber was here in less than an hour after they opened the office in the morning. The job was done in 20 minutes, of course it was a tad pricey considering we could have done it ourselves, but it would have taken us longer to go buy the parts and replace it. In this case, convenience and time saving were key. We will be contacting them in the near future for some other plumbing issues that need to be resolved.

  Called this company today in a minor panic as a DIY project went South. The lady stated they were booked for the day, but that they could get me in the following morning. I explained to her the emergency of the situation, and she said she would see what she could do and call me back. They were able to squeeze me in on the same day within two hours, and I am very grateful!!! The guy helped me figure out the problem, solved it, and we were able to turn the water back on! Would definitely recommend them, and I will use them again if I have plumbing needs. Definitely 5 stars!

  Very happy with KMP plumbing. Came out quickly to our home in Mansfield; very nice, very professional. Diagnosed the problem; fixed it in a timely manner and made us feel very comfortable. Thank you to KMP!!!!

  I wish we would have called them sooner. They were awesome! We started off with another company because they were under our new home warranty, and after 2 visits and still having the same issue with our kitchen sink, we decided to call KMP. Everyone we talked to was helpful and friendly. Donald showed up, figured out the issue, and sealed up a dripping faucet too. He listened and answered all my questions, and explained what he was doing. Polite, reasonably priced, and got the job done efficiently. These are our go to people now!
