::I am surprised by how negative these reviews are. I rented from Klos for two years and had a very positive experience overall. Perhaps one's experience varies greatly building to building. I lived at 500 Logan, and the rent was very reasonable for a 2 bedroom in such a wonderful central location. Everything in the unit worked well and there were no major issues. Moreover, Klos was extremely responsive to all maintenance requests and general inquiries. I mostly worked with Ali, who is very friendly and helpful. Not denying other people's experiences, but based on my own personal rental situation with Klos I would definitely recommend them.
