  For our recent home renovation we replaced our wood burning fireplace to a gas insert. We also built a second fireplace on the other side of the home. the KJB team was great at providing us with proper information and guidance when making our selections. Scheduling the projects were efficient. Starting date and expected finish date was on time. We had a little glitch in the replacement unit and the KJB team stood by their product and made sure to correct the issue until it was in proper working order. We are very pleased that we chose KJB fireplaces for our projects

  We had a great experience overall with KJB. From Karen in the showroom who showed us our options, to Dan who measured and checked in the on the installers. All were friendly, efficient and professional. We are thrilled with our new wood burning insert. Thanks KJB!

  Sales rep who said he was the former owner (when it was "JB Fireplaces") refused to honor a gift certificate I inherited from my late spouse, claiming it was "too old". The gift certificate was purchased by my late spouse's co-workers. A follow-up appeal letter was ignored. Claiming a gift certificate is "too old" is unseemly and reflects an attitude that puts profit before neighbors.
