Interesting hotel - and nice enough - but not quite great. The good: although the lobby is nice, hallways are kinda tired looking (dramatic paint shows all the scuffs and scratches, all the doors are marred and old looking). The room was very nice, I love its a renovated older building and that adds to the charm. Fixtures are nice, bed is excellent. Overall I felt I was in a 'very nice' hotel. Staff was fantastic, our requests were handled quickly and happily. The not-so-good: . Not enough amenities for business (no desk, no hard internet) Breakfast options are poor and very overpriced. $10 for a bowl of oatmeal? $12 for a 'continental' breakfast plate (not a buffet, just a croissant and a handful of berries). Lastly - parking is Valet only. If administration is reading this - please understand THIS IS AN INCONVENIENCE, not a perk. Despite that, you get to pay $40 per day for that inconvenience - almost 25% of the room rate just to not have easy access to your vehicle. Terrible. Despite a cool room and great staff, I can't recommend staying here. I could overlook the awful breakfast options and price, or the parking, but not both, not for this price. There are many many better options if visiting Cincinnati.

Not a bad stay. The employees were nice and very accommodating. One negative.. The coffee was bitter and just not drinkable. My group and I had to go to another hotel's coffee shop to actually get good coffee. Also the Keurig that was in my room wasn't near an outlet so I had to move the machine to the end table to even use it. The kcup that was there was green mountain breakfast blend and it tasted old. Did not have a good coffee experience at this hotel.

The aesthetic of this hotel is very nice and upscale. However, the functionality of these rooms are not great. Our room was two set of twin bunk beds. There are no easy access plug-ins near the beds to charge your phone while you sleep. The wifi also did not work. There is a nice separate changing room aside from the bathroom. The beds were comfortable although I'm not sure how comfortable they would be if you are over six foot tall. It was cheap as we got a discounted rate through work, but sure I'd be satisfied with the stay if it had been full price.

This hotel was a mix of good and bad, but ultimately was disappointing. When we got into our room, it had very obviously not been cleaned properly, there were marks in the toilet. The bed was lovely and most of the room was clean, but both the toilet and shower had obviously not been cleaned sufficiently. Throughout the rest of the room and hotel, it’s pretty obvious that the fixtures are cheap. The shower was obviously inexpensive, the desk and shelves as well. The tile work in both our room and throughout the hotel was very much sub-par. Grout lines inconsistent, which is less of a problem and more of an indication of how the hotel is run and was conceived. On the plus side, although the hotel was largely a negative experience, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, the staff was very friendly, and the location is great. With that being said, I will advise everyone who asks to stay elsewhere. There is obviously a lack of good management or operation here. For the cost, it is frankly unacceptable.

Beautiful hotel!! It’s vibrant, cozy and pop modern. The hotel overall was very clean. Rooms were clean and beautifully designed with high ceilings. Valet and front of house staff were attentive and quick to requests. The only downside is the location. We visited during Labor Day weekend and the area felt like a ghost town and food dessert. There is no service in the hotel during the afternoon due to shortage of staff. Walking around in the area felt unsafe. There were only a few restaurants in the area that had activity but overall Cinci’s downtown was missing a key component for businesses to thrive - people. I suspect the 2020 riots and COVID has impacted Cincinnati’s downtown businesses. I hope to see a bounce back for this downtown area and many other cities that have taken a beating the past two years.
