  Impatient, extremely rude, unprofessional and employees need to be educated on the stores products. Will never shop at this location again, nor recommend.

  I'm a regular at this store and I'm always greeted by everyone. I pretty much find everything I want in this store.

  They are very knowledgeable and have great customer service. I always go to kings for my beauty supplies.

  Staff are super friendly, efficient, patient and knowledgeable of products in store and hair. I know most of the staff my name and they know me as well. Always feels comfortable and welcoming when coming in.

  I was initially impressed with the customer service. However, after spending over 250.00 on wigs and not having the opportunity to wear it is disappointing. Customers cannot try on the wigs in the store so it's difficult to see the quality. I purchased two wigs, one synthetic and one human. The synthetic wig was too thin and revealed every track. I asked to exchange it for a wig I could wear. I was directed to the store manager whom offered no option but to keep a wig I could not wear.
