  The women who work at the Kings Point Village Hall, especially Kathleen & Mara, are incredibly unprofessional, nasty and unhelpful. In almost every interaction I've had with them by phone or in person, or have witnessed other residents interact with them at the village hall, they are almost always rude, dismissive, have an aggrieved attitude and generally behave as if any request or question (that is a part of their job to address) is an insult to them. Dealing with them is like traveling back in time to a government office of the 1980s. On top of that, they are also among the best paid local government staff in the country. I encourage KP residents to post here their complaints and stories of dealing with employees of the KP Village Hall since we don't have any other meaningful platform to voice our complaints.
