  I am unspeakably upset. My husband had a glorious beard. He's grown it for years, maintained it, trimmed it. These people just shaved off half of it without asking. Gone. Years of growth, gone. I'm gonna go cry now.

  Barber cut my hair the complete opposite of what I asked for. He did not listen to what I wanted and left with an absolutely terrible haircut. After i made it fully clear I was unhappy I was still charged at full price. Would not recommend.
