  If you wish to lose your time, money and phone this is the right place for you ! My IPhone 8 broke the screen and I took to this place so I could get it fixed. The guy who works on the back (apparently the owner) said he would fix it for $168. I trusted him since he appeared to have capacity to fix my phone. Days later I passed by to pick up my phone and there was a different guy (the brother of the owner) who said that the phone was fixed and I could take it home. For my surprise when I charged the phone what happened ? The home button was broken and I could only make phone calls on speaker since it was not waking the upper part where you hear. I contacted them and they had the capacity to say: Well now on you have to use headphones whenever you make a phone call. I took it back and asked them to fix it because I paid for it ! They took the phone back and said they would fix. A week later I show up to pick up the phone he asked me for $100 more because a new IPhone 8 was arriving and he would remove the part where the voice comes out and would put on my phone. USED PARTS !!!!!!!! I had to call the cops and he was not even a bit worried. Actually he said that 80% of the phone was repaired. I think he meant that 80% of the phone was damaged because that is was actually happened. Never got my money back ! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !!!!!! They should go out of business !

  Do not go here. Bought an alleged unlocked iphone 6 that would not work for my carrier. At time of purchase "return" policey was not mentioned. At all. No returns only credit for stuff u dont want or need. Be said. "Come back in a month when the Owner is here. By then they won't honor or remember. I said. Ok. Its 180. Buy it back. He said ok for like 100 best offer cause it used. Its been 24 hrs and YOU sold it used! So. Dont go here unless you like rude incompatant service. If ur a "Manager" and have to wait for the Owner that lives in another time zone to make a decision quit your job. You're useless. Its not like they wont just resell it.

  Brought my 85 year old father here to purchase an iPhone 5 in April of 2017. We speak with the worker behind the counter and he shows us a phone, says it's brand new. Fast forward to February 2018, the phone is no longer turning on. We bring it to the Apple Store to replace the battery. Turns out it was a refurbished phone with non Apple parts. Apple won't touch it. So to sum it up we were lied to and deceived. They pawned a junk refurbished phone onto an elderly man. Even though they swore up and down it was brand new.

  Hola! Buenas tardes ayer compramos un IPhone 5S y una parte del pago fue declinado por 50$ con una gif American expeess de 50$. Y en el estado de cuenta fue descontado. Por favor si se pueden comunicar conmigo que al teléfono que tienen no me responde nadie. Gracias

  The store is always busy, yet, I always get great help here with my phone and computer. Maybe that's the reason they are so popular. The owner just renovated and the store looks great! Love it that they sell unlocked phones there and give good prices.
