They will deep clean the ring for free yearly, and ship it back rapidly. Even when I had the ring made, I switched things to include the center stone, and they never got mad. They never made me feel like a bother, despite my frequent changes in the design. A+++

::Over the past couple of months I have been dealing with Dino at King of Jewelry for a custom ring for my wife. I have to say, Dino, was first rate in every way. Very knowledgeable and professional. I provided him with the criteria for selecting the center stone of a 3 stone ring and over the course of a few of days, he continued to follow up with pictures, videos and the GIA certifications on loose diamonds that matched my criteria. I never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision. He was always concerned that I got exactly what I wanted to insure my satisfaction. When we agreed on the center diamond, along with the side diamonds and ring design, the ring was made and delivered to me ahead of schedule. The ring is absolutely gorgeous and my wife is extremely happy. I couldn't be happier with the process, Dino's interaction and support, and the custom ring.

::I recently purchased a pair if earrings for my fiance. It turned out that she would prefer something other than earrings and I returned the earrings a week later. The day the earrings were delivered to KOJ my credit card was refunded. This was a 3000 mile transition and KOJ was true to their word. Full refund, no questions asked. Thank you Andrew.
