  Best bike shop in Sac! I recently went to Kinetic Cycles to get info on upgrading the brakes on my wife's bike. I explained that I was hoping to do the work myself, but was looking for advice. Nick was very knowledgeable and helped me figure out which brakes were the best fit for us and ordered them for us. He even told me to feel free to bring it by after doing the work if I needed any tips on fine tuning the brakes.

  Bought a pair of shoes here a few months ago. The salesman was one of the most helpful individuals I have ever met! I must have made him bring out six pairs of shoes to make sure I had the right fit and color. He was more concerned about me being happy than I was and he had some great tips for setting them up when I got home. Great store and I love my new shoes!

  I'll keep this review simple- Bruce, Cody, and the Kinetic team treat you like family. They are courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and want to help you have a wonderful time on your bike! My experiences in both buying products and getting service are first rate. I was not over-sold nor had to return after a service because something was missed. They even followed up with me a few days after my bike was tuned up to see how everything was working. Good stuff!

  The first thing I noticed when I went in to Kinetic Cycles was their passion for the cycling community. The owner simply said good morning, introduced himself and we just talked. I thought that was kind of cool. That was 9 years ago and I've gone there first ever since. They are a strong team that know their products, their services and have a passion not just for the Sacramento cycling community but the global community. If service and support are an important part of your customer experience then Kinetic Cycles is a must.
