  Great staff, clean rooms, nice atmosphere. Good for work trips. Very close to Petersen museum and Central to shopping and sightseeing.

  The map led us to an ally, but we quickly worked out where the entrance to the hotel was and enjoyed a nice meal with great views for a decent price. Overall my guest and I were very happy.

  Now this brunch spot is a nice little hidden secret. It sits on the rooftop of this hotel and you can enjoy your meal surrounding a pool on a warm, sunny day with a nearly a 360 degree view of WLA or take in shade inside while watching the goings on outside. It's a great date spot or even hang with family/friends. It's not a huge menu but it's just right.

  I knew I would be arriving shortly after midnight, so I notified the hotel ahead of time. Upon getting there, I had to wait 20 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk in order to check me in. There was no apology whatsoever. As a frequent traveler and IHG loyalty program member, this was a huge disappointment. Next day I literally canceled 60 more nights I had booked here for the upcoming year. Also, the rooms were fairly outdated and extremely musty. Definitely not sufficiently good enough to qualify as a 4-star hotel for LA in my experience.
