::I love this hotel, the decor is amazing. Everyone on staff is always so helpful and accommodating. I stay here on business trips often and it is my favorite hotel. The bellmen are always opening doors, welcoming you in. Front desk agents are always willing to go above and beyond. Will always be my hotel of choice. Did I mention free wine from 5-6pm? Perfect after a long day at work!

::Will never stay here again. Got here at 3 for check in with 2 cranky kids that were ready to settle in and rest. I was told our room wasn't ready (even though it was check in time) I sat for 30 minutes and they never told me it was ready. I had to ask the desk again in order to be informed of our room being ready. Got to our room and the snack bar prices were outrageous. $9 for a tiny bag of gummy worms? Wow. That's not even the worst part. I tried to shower and discovered the shampoo, conditioner, and soap dispenser was completely empty. I thought, "no big deal, I remember seeing a box with tiny little shampoos and soaps in the snack bar." I assumed they would be way over priced. Maybe $25?.. No. They were $45. I put my breakfast order on the door and when my food was delivered, the toast was burnt, everything was cold and looked disgusting. I called and told them I was not paying $85 for cold burnt food. Tables in the lobby look like they hadn't been cleaned in a year. Do not stay at this hotel.

::Nice vibe! Busy but not too busy. Valet and front desk are great! Happy hour is nice with wine. Dog friendly...they have in room dining for your furry friends too! Rooms are big without being too big. Beds are comfy and towels won't scratch your skin off. Seriously, some hotels just can't get that 1 thing right. S lovely stay and I will be back. Also, go to the Crumpet Shop for breakfast. Apparently even the Brits like it!

::We loved the room. Between the very beautiful/modern decor and the furniture not only being very comfortable but placed conveniently, this place has my approval! And the wine hour between 5-6pm for no additional cost is fantastic! And the location is just to perfect. Provo to the staff for also being extremely kind and respectful while answering every question I had and I buzzed the front desk quite a bit. I will definitely return to this top notch hotel
