  Both reclining couches broke and went flat within a year. Crappy furniture for cheap. You get what you pay for.

  I have been coming to this store sense I was A child,my Grandmother,whom raised me from birth bought all of our furniture and appliances here.We where very poor and had little to go on.This store always made it possible to have the lowest amount of payments so that through the years we were able to wash and dry our clothes,sleep in a comfortable bed,and on Christmas,I always got a New radio 📻.Now that I’m grown up (44 years of age)I found myself walking into the very store that brought back so many memories of my childhood.I was badly injured on my job,and was going to require spinal surgery,had been out of work for six months injured,and times $ had become hard! I needed a recliner to sleep in after surgery and I walked in with not the best credit,and $40.00 in my pocket, and was able to get the most comforting recliner in the store,it was financed and delivered the next day!i slept in it for nine months after surgery,and it was the best sleep possible with my situation!and a year later it’s still in great shape and I am so grateful for the manager for taking a chance on me!Sense then I have purchased a freezer,the best mattress and boxspring,I have ever slept on,too window AC units,and going to pick up a new love seat today!So thank you for taking a chance on a wretch like me,and I haven’t had any issues with any of the merchandise I have been blessed with!Sincerely James Hayes

  I will express my disappointment of this establishment on every forum possible. The service I received here is so far below the standard of any successful business that I am utterly amazed the doors even swing open. The sales "professionals" were so unprofessional, lacked product knowledge and could not answer basic questions around their own financing. Are you serious? I normally pay for furniture cash when I am looking to buy, however I accompanied a family member to buy a needed appliance. the sales woman greeted us in a very droopy manor. We narrowed down an appliance, then they wanted you to fill out ally... this paperwork. Umm..why? its an appliance! It's what we do she says.. they'll explain that at finance. ok, got there.. this is required, could you fill this out he says.. Me: why, what is this? Him: The company has changed and this is what's required. Me: you still not telling me, why. What does this paperwork do? I am not buying a car, house or land. It's an appliance! Which mind you was marked way higher than the reputable Appliance stores. Please, DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

  Very unprofessional and terrible customer service. I do not recommend anyone else to go through the hassle I went through with this KimBrell's downtown on Fayetteville St. Looking for new furniture and appliances right now...

  The only reason I gave them 1 star is because this is the only way I can post my review. Horrible customer service. The furniture is cheap. I haven't even finished making payments and it has fallen apart. This is the second time that I made this dumb mistake. About a year prior I purchased beds for my children and they are both broken. Don't waste your money or time.
