  Extremely disappointed. Our family went to her for years. I work full time after college and for 3 years I used to owe around 400 dollars to the government. Finally switched accountants and got at 1,100 in tax returns last year. When I questioned Kim’s staff, they were not helpful and just said I owed what I owed. My new accountant actually sits down with me and goes through the questions so I actually get an actual tax return.

  I owed my state tax, and they asked the PA DOR to charge me twice. I requested them to fix the error, they said they will charge me more on fixing their own error. The accountant is very unprofessional, arrogant and irresponsive. His assistant is willing to help, but is lack of experience. I decided to sue this business for disqualification. Don't go there unless you want more trouble.

  The worst CPAs in Philly ever!!! I was asking for filing personal income tax, cause my last year is a little bit complicated. I just transferred from opt to H1. The first time I dropped by, and told the CPA about my status, expecting him filling a 1040NR (non-resident) for me, but he filed an 1040, which was charging me much more taxes. Trust me I told them in details about my background. They just appear like they dont care much about you. Then after like 4 times visiting this office, which is a wasting of my time, I finally got my paper works. About the fees, they charge $150 for 1040NR form, initially $60 for 1040 form. So I paid for the $60 at the first time, expecting they can get me a right one. But the last time, they still wanted to charge me $100. I argued with Mr. Ling (their boss) to fight my $10 gap back, and his attitude is so atrocious. When I write down the check, he is so peculiar about the content, saying that he will not accept it unless I put his company name on it. Actually I put his name on it, but he said no, very anxiously!! We both Chinese, however, inside him I feel an alien. At last I have to write another check for him. Eventually, I got my $10 back. I do not care about the money, but about the service and the respect. This CPA office is not qualified to serve. Trust me, I am a senior contractor developer working in Comcast. I have never seen private office with such bad attitude can survive more than 3 years. If I find some other CPA trustworthy, I will add here in comment. Thanks for reading guys!
