  I called there to see if I can return or exchange some shoes. I know I was saying the name wrong but I corrected myself. The lady name Michelle told me why can't go to lakeside to return the shoes. Like you not answering my question. Why would you ask me if I called you to see if I can bring them to you. But that's ok I'll go to lakeside. I see why I don't go on Canal Street anymore.

  Worst experience ever Michelle the attendant was not appropriate at all she was looking very nasty and mean and would not help you if you ask her for something. I don't recommend anyone coming here they don't have their act together
