  HORRIBLE customer service >>> They been having this one long dread haired young boy there taking care of the store but doesn't really take care of anything. My family and I are SUPER loyal customers who only shop at the foot lockers and champ companies for all our stuff, and for us to be treated like that is RIDICULOUS. All I been needing is to do a simple quick size exchange for these specific red pumas I had purchased and the dude just completely for no reason just did not want to do it! I actually used to work for this company a few years ago and exchanges (especially for just a size swap ) is super easy and super ALLOWED. Now I'm forced to call corporate and waste more time that I didn't want to waste just so I can get this done...these shoes are just sitting here -_-....they're just half a size too little for me -_- ... #pissed!
