  Bad experience with this clinic. New PCP is fully booked up for several months so arranged me to another doctor's appointment without notice (I later found it). Doctors are not capable, inexperienced, unkind and do not care about patients health condition. Incapable staff and unkind pharmacist who is hard to communicate.(do not return calls and do not understand me nor care about patient's situation). This clinic is not well organized in terms of systems, customer service and problem solving. I do not like doctor's attitude (authoritative and do not listen carefully to patient and very rude to get me leave ASAP for next patient). Also do not give me refill and make me visit the clinic very often for refill prescription unlike my previous PCPs. Some doctors did'nt even talk directly at me, let alone make an eye contact. The doctor just kept talking to the nurse practitioner as if I was invisible. I felt utterly and completly ignored. Sometimes calls are not connected for a long time (20 phone calls was not connected) Long waiting time on calls (waited for 40 minutes to reach). Hard to contact and communicate. Staffs are not helping and just irresponsible to transfer calls to others (another long waiting time when transferred) but I could solve problems after talking to a lot of people. Very exhausted.

  Worst clinic ever...doctors dont care whether or not you have a medical problem....receptionist fake blonde lady is a complete rude ....waited there for 3hrs after trying to call and make an appoimtment....dont visit this place is a chaos abs waste of time...

  If you are going to the Kheir Clinic at 6th St., Doctor Julie Kim is the worst doctor I've ever met. She talks like a b**** to her patients and never makes any eye contact. I think she's looking down on me because I'm a low income individual. Tell you what, Julie, if you're reading this, you better fix your attitude honey, or it'll get back to you REAL hard. If you think you're all that, why don't you just go work at some affluent hospital instead? You are here in Kheir Clinic to SERVE others, not SERVE yourself. Your performance today has really changed my outlook on Kheir Clinic. I'm not going back there ever again. Please fire that doctor if you must. I have never had ANY doctor treat me this way. Doctors are supposed to show empathy to their patients and treat them as delicately as possible. But Dr. Kim DID NOT! Please be wary of going to this clinic, much rather even having this lady as your doctor.

  Good place to check up your health! More over, Los Angeles county DPSS social worker helps you to apply for Medi Cal or cal fresh on Monday and Tuesday!
