::I just went there today, the lady at the window wasn't very helpful, didnt give me a receipt. Get home to find out the chicken had to of been somw hours old because it was hard. The biscuits were hard and thw potatoes had started to turn hard on spots. I do not recommend this one .

::I went in a little over a week ago and ordered the $5 combo with popcorn chicken. I asked to substitute potato wedges for the mashed potatoes. I get home to find that I had no dipping sauce for my chicken, no butter for my biscuit, and mashed potatoes instead of wedges. I talked to the manager on the phone and he acknowledged the mistake and offered a freebie to replace it. I went in 2 days later to get my meal, and they do the EXACT SAME THING ONLY WORSE. They give me mashed potatoes again instead of potato wedges. And this time I asked for butter for my biscuit. They gave me butter, but there was NO BISCUIT to put the butter on. This type of service isn't exclusive to this location. I used to frequent the 90th and Maple location and the service there is terrible too. I literally cannot remeber ONE time I went there when they got my order right. They are always forgetting butter, ketchup, and dipping sauces. I am done with KFC. I will not eat there again unless it is an EMERGENCY, like the only choice within a 45 mile drive. Other than that, I am done. There food isn't bad, but the service is amongst the worst in the fast food industry...
