  I love KFC but the last time at this place on Alma School! A hard biscuit, no gravy on the potatoes that were prepared how long ago??? One piece of chicken did not taste as fresh as the others. No utensils. No butter. What gives??? I'm not happy!

  Food is good! Dinning area is very dirty and bathrooms are the worst. DISGUSTING! I had to clean the table and chairs to sit and eat at dinning area! The lady working the back was on the cell phone looking thru it while behind the counter. No actual booster chairs just the booster seats!

  DO NOT LEAVE the drive thru until you have verified you received the order you paid for. I paid for more than I received. The chicken tenders were so small I thought it was half an order. Added a side of cole slaw and had to go back into get it and then was treated like I was a bother in asking for what I had paid for but had not received. Truly disappointed in the reduction of the quality of the product of KFC, but will never frequent this store. I'm sorry customers are a bother, but without us, no one gets paid!

  We all know it we all love it. Fried chicken at its best from a fast food standpoint. I would have rated a 5-star however due to the fact that if you show up at least 20 minutes before they close which is at 10 p.m. at night usually they will be out of most sides especially mashed potatoes and gravy and who wants fried chicken without their mashed potatoes and gravy.
