  Just ordered a 20pc. Value meal I get home only to discover my chicken was dry/old! Whoever placed the chicken in the box KNEW exactly what they were doing! I called the store they tell me I have to bring the chicken back! The only problem is I live 20-25 minutes away! It seems like for the inconvenience they would allow me to come back the next day! NEVER WILL I BUY/SUPPORT KFC AGAIN!

  Can't go wrong with a chicken but the service always sucks, what do you expect kid behind the counter don't know better

  Couldn't handle taking a simple order. Two things! I literally repeated my order 6 times loud and clear. I feel like i was being toyed with, then i settled on the idea she was slow. I mean she works a low life job, zhe cant be too smart. I ordered a $10.00 meal and a $5.00 meal, and yet they gave me two $5.00 meals. It was all females who where more interested in talking, and not about work. Very unprofessional. I go to Phoenix college and decided to get take out lunch. Totally ruined the rest of my afternoon. No respect for their customers. Will never come back! I do not recommend. Not to anyone! And they ran out of ranch. Not cool.. Don't loose your money here, it's a waste of time and money. Trust me.

  I miss the old Kentucky fried chicken. When I was a kid in Marietta they had WHOLE breast not a half of one. When you order a bucket family meal it should come with a mixture of pieces not just thighs and legs. The Cole slaw had been frozen at some point and wasn't the fresh coloration but didn't seem to be bad. The potato wedges were more like pieces of potato instead of real wedges. Having been a manager and district manager for a restaurant chain and having been a chef for a few restaurants I would never allow my staff to serve things they wouldn't eat themself. I feel like 21.99 for four thighs and four legs of only medium size should make their food cost very low and should be making great money. I called and was told you have to specify if you want mixed pieces but on the menu at the drive through it plainly stated that meals come as a mix. Won't ever return to another KFC when I can get the same meal for half the cost and twice the quality.

  Awful service. Give us the wrong order but still had attitude about it. We seat down to eat and you can still hear them talking about us. Of how come one g ave us mash potato instead of cold slaw and it was a non stop. Really unprofessional even the manager was complaining loud enough that we can hear. No name tags so you don't know there names either. The chicken didn't even had enough meat it was all bones. We ask for forks and one of them said, we only have spoons. Was the worst KFC I been. Don't recommended to anyone.
