  This place has maybe the slowest and worst service out of any fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. Almost every time I’ve came here, I’ve had to wait 8 min+ for my food. Food has usually been pretty bad too. The workers here are extremely rude too. I would say just go to the KFC on Meadowview or even better Popeyes.

  Waited 25 minutes for a small order, got cussed out, denied a receipt, and to make matters worse the joint was empty. I was lucky to get a refund. There was no reason for this horrible display of service and won’t be coming here again.

  Good food. The restaurant can get busy. Need to hire more help.

  They dont even achnowledge you before ignoring you standing at the counter for easily 15-20 minutes minimum. I always kick myself for going to this location. Definitely room for improvement here. I work in customer service and this is not the way to treat the customers... it's understandable to be busy but a simple acknowledgement or greeting goes a long way. Definately more than 1 star.

  Make sure you check your order because they mess it up often even your drink. Be worried when you have to pull over and wait. Hope they don't forget about you and remember to check your order. I ordered chicken and got fish. Then the girl gave me big time attitude. Sometime the managers can have bad attitudes too. So don't think complaining is going to help. Good luck!
