::I was EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED when I visited the KFC on Poplar & Danny Thomas in Memphis, TN on Friday night 2-16-18. The cashier kept My $15 in change that was owed to me. My total was $7.10..I gave her $22.25. She gave me .15 cents and said that I gave her $7.25. She owed me $15.15 and had a nasty attitude! The food was good..but I don't ever plan visit that store again. I promise!

::They're open late. I was given the incorrect order. I asked for a Nacho Bell Grande. My order was filled with 2 Gorditas and a Taco.

::I was hungry. I love KFC"s hot wings.This was to be my dinner. I ordered the 12 wings and a drink. The customer service was horrible After receiving my order the cashier proceeded to come frm behind the counter to get himself a drink, then, back behind the counter, he went to the back for whatever.. He then decided to fix my order. I didn't complain at that point. I received my order and went home. I started eating the wings to my disappointment, they were old, hard, and very bad quality. I went back to the location at Poplar and Danny Thomas. I asked for the manager, only to be met by more bad customer service I was told basically told to bad so side. I was given three wings and was told to have a nice day. I had never doubted KFC before this visit. This one bad experience was enough for me to count them out of my fast food rotation. Never again. $12 dollars totally wasted. I was totally dissatisfied and was still hungry to boot. Never again!!!

::Food was decent, nothing special. Vagrants and beggars were rampant but there are a few homeless shelters in the vicinity so it is to be expected. Restrooms were clean enough for me. Dining area was clean.
