  When I arrived the unit was not working, so I called the number on the machine. A very nice representative told me she would request a technician to get it fixed. I asked her to call me when the unit was fixed and I would come back. I told my number and hung up. Then, I shopped the store for a few things and with in minutes the clerk at the store told me the unit might be working again. I went back over and it was working, so I bought my key even before I ever left the store. Great service!!
