  Kiosk was easy to use. Newly made key works ok, but not as smoothly as the original. It requires significant jiggling in the lock to open the door.

  I needed some keys for my workplace, and while one was able to be duplicated right at the kiosk, the other had to be special made and ordered, but they assured me it'd be sent out with free shipping and by purchasing 2 of the same, I got one for free which is nice because I needed 3. Only thing I'm concerned about is after pressing the key into the slot and it confirmed the order, I removed the key, and later in the transaction, it said to remove key, so by removing it earlier in the process, I hope it still knows how to fashion the key and that I didn't interrupt it. It'd be nice if it said to keep key in the slot until you're prompted to remove it, but I think it'll be okay. Otherwise, the interface was very good, but a little pricey.

  It is kinda expensive, but the key was made quickly and it worked perfect, so you are getting a quality made key. I also like the feature of saving the key in their database incase I need to make a copy in the future, I wouldn't need to have the key on me. I would recommend this to my friends.

  Pricing is higher than at the big box building supply stores.
