  I honestly don't think the staff are familiar with what they do. For god's sake, they'll need more training. Common, unnecessary mistakes are made on my account which can be totally avoided. Sadly, I decide to ditch this branch and go to the other one.

  My Key Bank banking relationship (online and by phone) has been nothing short of a disaster. Rude customer service, tough to get in contact with people, awful policies, etc.etc. etc. That said, every time I work directly with the bank they are kind and understanding.

  Not only specific to this branch, but to the institution as a whole. You've really gone down hill the last year or so. Changing policies without telling customers, making it so customers can't access their own money, when cashed before the cut off time on a business day- for 3 days- with just days before Christmas. What a joke!!!! Unprofessional customer service to try to resolve the issue. Hung up on and let in circles with absolutely no resolution. Will be closing all my accounts

  Usually not busy, very pleasant branch to do business with.
