  This branch provides top notch customer service. The account and all its perks are great, but they would not mean anything without a solid team standing behind them. Drew helped me open my account and has helped me with a few issues since. He always has the right answer and goes above and beyond to make banking a little easier for my family. I absolutely recommend opening an account at this branch!

  Customer service at this branch has always been terrible and I go to the other location on 16 st whenever possible.

  Employees have always treated me well, but I'd give key a 0 if possible. After a long relationship with them I over drafted $14 on an accidental PayPal charge. This ended with being charged $98 in overdraft charges because they didn't have a branch manager to on staff at the time that I tried to resolve the situation. If you want a good financial institution to work with go with a local credit union.

  Holy Crap, this bank has SO MANY FEES it will make your head spin! I opened a new checking account to hold some funds, and found myself being charged a monthly maintenance fee and a monthly innactivity fee. I decided to close the account and got hit with a large account closure fee that they wouldn't waive! What a joke.
